This is the second studio collaboration between Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera and the experimental rock group 801. Recorded at Island Studios in London, the album is a concept piece exploring themes of media manipulation and societal control, featuring a more polished, "art-pop" sound compared to their previous live recordings.
Additional Features: The album was produced by Phil Manzanera and engineered by Rhett Davies. It features an impressive roster of guest musicians, including Kevin Godley and Lol Creme (10cc), Tim Finn (Split Enz), and Brian Eno. Side One includes the tracks "Listen Now," "Flight 19," "Island," and "Law and Order".
Vinyl: The Polydor center label is clean with a distinctive silver and red 3D-effect "Listen Now" logo. The vinyl surface shows a strong original luster and is marked "Made in England".
