We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected, and in those situations we aim to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and respectful of both our customers and the products we provide.
30 Day Return Policy for UK Orders
For customers ordering within the United Kingdom, we offer a 30 day return window starting from the date your item was delivered. You are welcome to request a return or exchange during this period provided that the item meets the requirements below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it in. This means it should be unused, undamaged, and kept exactly as supplied. Items must also be returned with any original packaging where applicable so that we can verify the condition and safely restock or process your exchange. Proof of purchase is required for every return and can be provided in the form of an order confirmation email or receipt.
Once your item arrives back with us, it will be inspected according to these guidelines. We will notify you by email to confirm that the return has been received and to let you know if your refund has been approved. When approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take between 5 and 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned once opened or used due to hygiene and copyright restrictions. These rules help protect all customers and ensure that products of a sensitive nature remain sanitary, safe, and compliant with legal requirements.
The following items are non returnable once opened
Opened DVDs Blu rays or digital media
Sex toys or adult accessories
Items clearly marked as non returnable or final sale at the time of purchase
These items cannot be refunded or exchanged once the packaging seal has been broken or once they have been used. However, if one of these products arrives defective damaged or not as described, you are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. In such cases we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and ensure the issue is resolved for you as efficiently as possible.
